Tiller's Folly, a band steeped in the Celtic and Canadian tradition of folk music, is joining the Delta Police - Pipe Band, that is. The group will headline the pipe band's third annual Celtic Gala, to be held on Oct. 29 at the South Delta Baptist Church in Tsawwassen.
